McCall, 91, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, 2005, in the Pitts United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Pine City Cemetery. The Revs. Guy Mathis, Gill Tripp and Gary Carter will officiate the services. Mr. McCall died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2005, in Pineview Health Care Center. Born July 17, 1914, in Wilcox County, he was the son of the late Charles Wright McCall and Alice Pearce McCall. He was a self-employed dairy farmer and had been a member of Dairymen Inc. for 46 years. He was a World War II Army veteran and was a member of Pitts United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Yvonne Lomon McCall. Survivors include a son, John David (Betty) McCall of Rochelle; a daughter, Janet (Wayne) Harvey of Abbeville; six grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family may be contacted at the residence of Janet and Wayne Harvey, 11750 Highway 280, Abbeville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pitts United Methodist Church, c/o Kathy Burnette, P.O. Box 452, Pitts, Ga., 31072. Frazier and Son Funeral Home of Rochelle has charge of the arrangements.
